Only a WOOD-FIRE OVEN can produce the heat levels required to make authentic Italian pizza with the UNIQUE FLAVORS of HARD WOOD in the OLD WORLD ITALIAN TRADITION.
The oven cooks at temperatures between 750 and 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. The pizza sits on the oven floor to cook in less than 3 minutes, creating a perfect crisp texture on the bottom, while cooking the toppings and thoroughly melting the cheese on top.
We use local hard woods to fuel the fire and give a unique flavor to the food. At over 6 feet in height, the portable Chariots of Fire pizza oven is truly an impressive sight. Your guests will enjoy watching the fire as our expert chef manages the oven and the fast pace of cooking the pizzas.
