John DiSarro, Vice-President and Pizzaiolo
John (Giovanni) is a successful businessman. A passion for cooking
for his friends and family - and a unique idea for a wood-fired
private chef service - led to the creation of Chariots of Fire,
LLC. John learned to cook at an early age from his mother and grandmother
who taught him the secrets of authentic Italian cooking.
Josiah Miller, Chef
Josiah is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and adds
a unique dimension to the culinary experience of gourmet pizza making.
Josiah is from the Polk County area and was valedictorian at Mulberry
Christian Academy. He is married to Kelly Miller and they have a
10-month-old son named Benjamin.
Tim Davis, Manufacturing and Design Consultant
Tim is current President of the Polk County Builders Association.
He has over 20 years experience in remodeling, building and design.
Tim brings his creativity and expertise to Chariots of Fire's oven
manufacturing and custom installation division.
Sandy Davis, Indoor/Outdoor Kitchen Designer
Sandy Davis, Tim's wife, is known for her ability to create beautiful
decor, specializing in kitchen design. She assists in designing
the aesthetic aspects of oven installation for our customers.
Heather Celoria, Marketing and Communications
Director
Heather's professional background is in public relations, marketing,
business development and project management. She uses her creativity
combined with solid business understanding to help her clients develop
new streams of business. She loves to start new projects and brings
a creative element to marketing initiatives. She is excited to be
a part of Chariots of Fire, LLC as a new business "adventure".
Diane Sebastian, Booking and Event Specialist
Diane is an experienced administrative expert. She ensures that
our event schedule is booked and in order and works with clients
to ensure a successful experience. Diane meets with clients to arrange
menus and scheduling.
